The habits of highly boring people…

Yep, you’ve guessed it…


Not boring, this one was interesting and kept me occupied while I was cooking dinner.


The main points:

1. Write things down

this will give us unlimited working memory


2. Reduce to the essentials

too many choices; limited mental energy pool; decisions wear us down.

things you hate; don’t have to do – eliminate
things you hate; have to do – automate
things you love – focus

3. Stop and question

What is important to us?

Plan, organise and do the things we love
