Question of faith

Sunday Sunday a mad rush of recycling and a run to Ikea to collect some glass doors.

Then I went home to see my parents. We drove into town and took a walk along the Thames and along the Golden Jubilee bridge to the Southbank. Followed by a quick bite to eat  at Giraffe and then home again.

On the drive home my mother reads her Kindle and made me take note of a particular verse she is reading from her downloaded prayer book.

Matthew 21 : 21 – 22  Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”

It got me thinking that I really should pray more; maybe I should stop doubting and just believe.
