Vulcanicity

Lanzarote is known for its dramatic volcanic landscape. It looks stark, desolate and unfriendly. However at the same time – fascinating. We did not have time to complete any significant exploration of the island but I did take pictures on my iPhone as we headed out on the coach back to the airport. I cannot get over the black landscape and the sparseness. Beautiful in it’s own way.
